Yes you can - and you can customize them to include your logos and
other corporate information. You can email invoices/statements as a PDF
directly to your customer.
Does Quickbooks Online handle Purchases Invoices/ Supplier Bills
Yes but you'll need QuickBooks Online Plus. You can even memorise transactions for re-use. So if you have
bills that come in each month you can automate their entry to save time (and
have more consistent entry of purchases invoices). You
can also generate very useful aged receivable reports.
Does Quickbooks Online handle job Costing
Quickbooks allows you to track costs by customer When entering a supplier bill you can choose which customer
you want to assign/allocate a cost to. These can be filtered by date.
As yet Intuit have not enabled job costing per customer on QuickBooks Online.
Does Quickbooks handle Bank Reconciliations
Yes it does. The new version is very good. New features include importing Bank feeds.
If you bank is not yet supported you can upload from a flat file to help do your reconciliation.

Yes it does.

Yes you pay per company file per annum.
However you get 3 users in QBO Essentials and 5 users with QBO Plus.
Is Quickbooks Easy to use?
That's a matter of personal opinion. We believe that it's one of the easiest accounting products to use. But it
depends on whether you're familiar with accounting concepts and you level of
computer proficiency.
How Scalable is Quickbooks Online
The old QuickBooks Desktop was limited to a total list limit of 14,500. (Customers + ITEMs + Suppliers + other lists).
There is no such restriction on QuickBooks Online.
Many user of QuickBooks Desktop ran into problems when thier data files grew over 100MB.

QBO doesnt have the same limitations.
What Month End procedures do I need to run on Quickbooks?
Quickbooks is an open system - so you
dont need to run any funky routines to get a P&L report from your trial
balance. In Quickbooks it's a matter of choosing your (say P&L)
report and specifing the start and end dates. The reports are automatically
generated by the system and can be exported to Excel in a snap.
If say you've finished doing a month end you can lock down by date and a
password so someone cannot enter transactions in a previous period. An
administrator can override this by removing the lock. When you file VAT
QuickBooks marks transactions as filed (in the background).

connect and write to QuickBooks.

Some very reputable firms have their entire teams running Quickbooks. Many like it because it's quite
flexible, have good reports and can get the data out easily.

QBO offers free support directly from Intuit by webchat. AxonWare
